I keep trying, but no matter what I do I can't get into a trance. I've tried various inductions, files, etc. but I just can't quite cross over.

Any ideas? Should I be consciously aware of what's in the file?

...I just can't seem to get into a trance. I can't quite clear my mind enough to fall in, it seems -- sensory information or random thoughts tend to interrupt.

Any suggestions?
