After playing around with that trigger there I sent him a link to the trainbot-file from hypnojoc...

does anyone know how to contact hypnojock? I maild to the adress he says in his (very good) german files, but apearently he doesn't get them there. Any help would be appreciated.

how about something harmles without an effect after the file? the baby-files where you have to be a baby for 20 minutes war my first and it worked to some degree

The first thing is to overcome your doubt I think. If you don't believe in hypnosis, your subconciousness will resist the hypnosis as hard as it could, I suppose.

What files have you tried yet? I was a disbeliever too once :)
