i can only tell that the 20 minuts works great fore me.

Have tried it now :D the 2e time in is fantastic, i coud not use my legs and was helples, i started to dreul and almost cry becose i was helples. :D after a time i got the fuctions of my limbs again and it stopped and i got up.
