Well the idea i have with this is that your when you read you basically hear yourself in your head, and have less things to distract the mind since your doing something you become more focused on it, at least that my thoughts on it

but that's where you have 2 types of people you have the ones where they get a "high" from having a trigger go off unexpectedly and then you have the people that only want it to happen in a "safe" place.
