Sure: http://understanding.infantilism.org/shybladder.php (The link in the previous post is hard to see.) As for shy bladders, it is apparently subconscious, but seems trainable. It might be thought of as a part of our training that we learned subconsciously, and so never consciously mastered. Anato...

@ Mika - I hope you find that special someone. @ wohermiston - I too have had to deal with a shy bladder, but learned some tricks to override it. As for myself, I think the draw with many files is more the helplessness, the masochistic t...

Incontinence as identity, helplessness, other?

For conversation, what aspect of incontinence is most important to you? Is it the identification as diaper-dependent; the risk of being helpless, trapped; the simplicity (since any arrangement other than continent or incontinent is complicated); or something else?

Hypnotic stents have a lot of potential that physical stents can't tap. In contrast to physical stents, hypnotic stents have less risk of infection, device failure, etc. Might someone be thinking about a stent removal file? The video link doesn't seem to work, and that might be for the best. At leas...

"when it is proper to do so"

I'm cleaning up some survey responses, and one mentioned a hypnosis file: "The only real success I have achieved with hypnosis was using a program that allowed me to surrender control only 'when it is proper to do so'." I seem to recall this phrase being in the DPF "magic" tapes voiced by Tommy. How...

So much for that.

It would appear that WMM's polling system doesn't filter for duplicate entries. "Only tried 'Diaper Dependence' - it worked OK" jumped from 1 or 2 to 27 in less than a couple days. Shifting it from around 16% to 70%.

This poll is now invalid.

Diaper Dependence and BladderRetraining

WMM is host to two comparable series. Sarnoga's "Diaper Dependence" series is intended to cause a diaper dependence by making the listener unable to use a restroom under certain circumstances. The file also characterizes restrooms as unhealthy. This dependence develops into urinary incontinence in l...

Accidents via amnesia?

A tactic that I thought I'd offer: What functionally is the difference between wetting one's diaper without forethought (an accident), and wetting with no memory of forethought? A few seconds after wetting starts, the difference is only the memory of that forethought. Urination involves the coordina...

Hell no. I suggest a more EXTREME and rewarding triple whammy of Dog Brain, Train Dog, and Subliminal Canine. Chronicle your experience for as long as you can. What effects are you looking for? If you explain your desires clearly, maybe someone can write a script and have it recorded. I've given this more than a little thought. The perfect file or file combination would have to have a threefold effect: 1) It would overcome my shy bladder , at least while ...

Files without suggestions to wear more?

Are there files for part-time diaper wearers, for enjoyment or conditional incontinence, who wish to stay part-time diaper wearers? A number of files include suggestions that might cause more frequent diaper use, which might lead towards full-time diaper use.

. . . Speaking of -- is sexual activity a bad idea when trying to untrain? All the flexing is in the muscles I'm trying to untrain, right? I can't say, but think you are trying to untrain those muscles, not cripple them. Another question that might be worth asking is how incontinence will affect se...

Grammar police? I wish. They get clubs. I'm just a petty dictionator.

Since this thread has been resurrected, I thought I'd toss a question in too. Of those who have seen it start to take effect, was it gradual or sudden? Did wetting become progressively less conscious and the file more addictive, or did it toggle from nothing to full effect? Or does it vary with the ...

Just to update everyone, I've been trying MistE's Anti-insomnia file, alternating between the two inductions that she suggested. Insomnia

Is there a sleep solution that has worked for the folks here? I don't get enough sleep each night, and have periodic insomnia to make matters worse. Cardigan's Curing Insomnia trigger is too close to his general trance trigger for me: I end up going into trance (I think) but not transitioning into s...

Well, there does seem to be a trend emerging, but given that this isn't a general survey, we can't be sure what it is. It might be that using both methods works much more often than either method alone. That, or those who are using both methods disproportionately took the survey, while others did no...

Hybrid methods

How common is it for people using hypnotic files to use behavioral methods as well? Examples of this would be trying to thoughtlessly wet diapers all the time, in addition to training with hypnotic files for urinary incontinence. The two methods towards the same goal might aid each other. In theory,...

Re: Big diapers

Is there a disposable diaper that's big/stiff enough that it could cause you to be unable to walk? or would I have to double/triple to get that effect. To update:

It seems that the opposite effect is coming into play for me, unfortunately. My inability to urinate on instantwetting's cue seems to be reducing the other effects that the file had. I'll have to avoid that file to give others a chance.

Does cheating help?

A while back, I read about a study that described suggestibility as a stable property, one that didn't usually change. However, they were able to increase it by cheating. The hypnotists planted a suggestion in a subject with limited suggestibility that he/she could see colors in some white lights. T...
