how long did it take to reach the level of obedience you experience now?

do you need to be in a hypnotic state to obey, or do you obey in your day to day life?

gave up on this file after only 10 days or so. never noticed any change. also never felt any trance. was always aware of the surroundings, never could focus. i am a bit easily distracted. (and living with a pesky cat doesn't help ;)

Tried Sarnoga - Always Sexy for the first time last night. I am new to this hypno thing, and don't know what to expect from it. When I was listening to the file, I did feel relaxed, but didnt fall asleep... I was always aware of my surroundings. But I have to admit on the way out of the trance when ...

is there a link to a text file of the script? I couldn't find one... or do you mean listen and transcribe it, then make the changes to it myself. Guess I could try that

I am interested in trying some of the "Train Wife" type of files. But I dont have a wife. Are there any "girlfriend" type ones? I am looking for something more than just an "Obey" style of induction. I want something that will make the obedience directed at only me. Not everyone she runs into

Is it advisable? Obviously I wouldn't want to go into a trance while driving, but will the messages in a script reach my subconscious if I am focused on the road, and not the dialogue?
