i finished listening to the file. it takes 1.5 hours, where i lay in bed and sleep w/ it. hear very fainting some voice overlay but never can hear anything while background noise of the binaural there. when finished, felt my ear is deafened by the binauaral!! well, didn't felt anything or think much...

thank you to your posting and helpful. but i normally listen to files which i can hear and understand, so at least i can expect what it's doing to me and consciously still know what to expect. in this file, i really can't hear anything, and so, the only thing my mind can hang on to is that it's call...
