How did you 'wake up' again. At the end of the file with the count up with the last number? Just in the middle? After the file had stopped for a while? The first one often indicates a good nice state of hypnosis. The last two just sleeping. I woke up with saying thank you for listening to my file

I don't know for sure how well hypnosis works on sleeping subjects, but as far as I know, it reduces the effectiveness. It all depends on how active your brain's auditory functions (hearing, cognition, etc) are when you're asleep, but one should note that hypnosis is a state of heightened awareness...
