How to mask video ?

Hey !

Is it possible to overlay two videos and mask on that in background with flashing images ?

it would take a LOT of work(unless someone knows a better method than I do). Depending on the quality of the video there are usually up to 60 frames per second in a video. Include 1-2 frames of the second video per second in the video you want to hide them in and it is unlikely anyone will ever notice the added frames.

On the minus side, using this method, you could only hide a 1 minute video in a 30 minute long show.

You could experiment with adding more frames of the second video but the more you add the more likely someone may notice.

Oh. I was messing with opacity and mask effect not best results.

Do You think Adobe premiere pro is capable of it and is that technic have some name to find a guide or it just change frame rates one of the clip ?

Hopefully someone who knows more can answer your questions. I'm strictly amateur at video editing.
