New User In Need of Help

I wanted to try out a file to see if these really worked. As I wanted something that I would definitely know worked, I chose to try the GS-EroticDreams file. I listened to it last night before I went to bed, but I had no dreams at all. Could it be that I did something wrong, or is it just that I haven't listened to the file enough? I would appreciate any advice as this all seems very interesting.

Alot of files will take a while before you see any results, especially if you're un-experienced. And sometimes you'll get success but not realize it, or something.

I've listened to several subliminals files and now I dream almsot everynight from dreaming once a month, so these files definatley do something.
