okay, i've seen tecywiz's files are now donwloadable, but i cant click them, and when i click on scriot, i have ti subscribe, but they're under the newest free files catefory, what gives?

Those particular files have never been recorded. The author just submitted the scripts and the only way to access scripts, including ones that used to be available to everyone is to become a premium member.
