It says I should be able to use 1 induction and stack the different files. Does the "body" of the files still contain the portion that wakes you up at the end? If it does it negates the use of stacking with a single induction. Hope that makes sense.

About the subliminals, does anyone use them? Are they effective on their own?

most of the bodys have the induction and the wakening removed. A few may not. If you find one that you want to use that still has the wakening you could either put that one as the last file in the playlist or you could open it up in an audio editor such as Audacity and remove it yourself.
