It's just something fun to listen to, it doesn't do anything but create a desire to be brainwashed and is rather catchy.

Then patience is your best bet, also try several of the various inductions and see if any one of them works better than the others.

I use this file as a pre-hypnosis meditation. When burning the files to CD, I put it between each session to clear my head for the next one.
