problems with sensations

I seem to go under fine (at least i "daze off" at the time tape says to) but i have problems with feeling. I mean some triggers work, but i just cant seem to make files that make me lose memory work nor the ones that say i should feel something (except the part in induction where my arms become heavy :roll: ).
Could somebody give me some advice on how to make those files work for me.
P.S. when i say that some triggers work i mean simple ones freeze and such
