Yesterday I listened cardigan - horny. I was in a deep trance but I think I woke up until he woke me up so I kind of got trap in trance. I was in BIG panic, my mind was "limited" so my post was messy. I had big emotions, example my mom was angry for me and cried and now when i finally got out by listening emg's file I got normal. And now if i go to talk my mom i start to feel sad and start to cry. Can somebody make a file that makes forget everything what have happened in trance. Please! You really can't understand how sad and bad I feel!

Normally I think you should be able to take yourself out of the trance, simply by counting from one to five and imagining that with every number your conscious mind takes more control, that with every number you get more awake and that as you reach 5 your mind has completly switched back to your "normal" state of mind. But I guess that doesnt work if you are in a "panic" and are too afraid that it wont work.
