Well, could someone explain to me how to make one?

The purpose is that I wanted to make the Anti Troll File suggested in the voting, but only one thing...It needs about 4000 more votes to be made. I wanted to know if someone could help me script this, and make it into a subliminal file so that the troll or whoever would listen to it in the sites background music every time he visits the site, and gets addicted to it.

not a bad idea, try finding a decent sound generator on the internet, get it(any way possible) then create kinda soothing sounds, then record your own voice and mix it into the background, quietly so "you" can only hear it full blast, then blend the voice a slight bit deeper, not majorly, the subconscious might not hear it...(hehe) :P
