I have been listening to these programs for a long time now and I am discovering that IS all I am doing. I listen every day, at lest twice a day and I am not feeling or noticing any changes. When does one stop listening and start doing?
Please offer any advice in this issue as I am finding myself almost addiced to listening to these programs but not living my intent. These programs are at best "tools" and I need help to transition from depending on them and start doing what I intended to experience from using them.
