File that lets you hallucinate anyone with all senses

Could anyone make a trigger file so when you say "Trigger <first and last name of person you want to hallucinate> Trigger on"

When you say that , the person you say would pop up and you are able to see/touch/smell/hear/taste (well basically all 5 senses) them and you could do anything with them. They could talk to you normally or you could make them obey you.

But most of all, they will act normal (like the real person) unless u tell them to do something for or to you (lol.)

And to command then you basically get a trigger saying "I command <first and last name of person> to..."

^that tRigger only works if you use the first trigger.
