am i allowed to use someone elses induction, and just make a body for the file, then post it

The author for the inductions is listed by the file; it's best to ask first.

However, the transition between speakers could be jarring, so even if you get permission for the induction-- or just find a standard script somewhere-- I would recommend re-recording it yourself for consistency.
