Linking files ?

So whats the best way to link file's, what if you deleted the awakening end of an induction file and then added what ever file minus the awakening and so on until you were ready for awakening? Would or could this work? because it seems sense less doing induction then file then awakening several times for several file's like i have a play list of 6 file's 2 inductions first then what ever?
