Help with a file

Well, first it might help to know what file you are working with so we can give you specific advice.

Secondly, if a file doesn't seem to work for you, you might want to east into it, try similar files and work your way up to it if there is a specific part that causes you difficulties.

HI,
I've listened to a file about 10 times and it hasn't affected me, because everytime I DO IT, i can't bring myself to do what the hypnosis is supposed to make me do!
I've now tried to use another induction and play the rest of the hypnosis, although I want to know whether it will work or not!

Could anybody help me as I am quite new to this hypnosis stuff!! Thanks!
