Time period on 'curse' files

I was looking at it and it says it lasts 6 months. What exactly does that mean? 6 months from when I get the file working properly it doesn't work anymore? Or during that time period it can't be removed?

Help on understanding please.

Usually that means that the curse can't be removed for 6 months after you start listening. So, 6 months from day 1. At that point if you remove the curse she'll come back 1 final time.

So the curse will still function after that?

And with this file, I'll no longer have normal dreams?

And does she only adhere to fetishes, or can also do kinks?
