Is EcstasyOfAgony a curse file or not because it says it is a curse file in the description but it is not marked as one in the title?

Yes and no. If you listen to it, the effects last one hour. If you stop for more than ten days, this grows by five minutes for each extra day the next time you use it. In this respect, it's a curse. However, if you don't like it, there's nothing to stop you simply not using it ever again.
