TrigSlowWomanChange help please

I have been playing this file for over a month now and not seeing any change at all. Anyone got any ideas on what could be wrong or something to help it along. I think I felt my chest move or felt like it was growing but I never see the change at all. Thanks for any help you can give me. :D
