Are Awakeners needed

Sorry if this sounds dumb but I am new to this. I created my own file by spliceing a trigger file with an induction file to get a better trance. What I would like to know is do I need an awakener if I am listening when I go to bed. I was told hypnosis would still work because the suconsisuos is still active. My problem is that I if am sleeping I don't to wake up with an awakener. If I left the awakener off would I awake in the morning or would I be stuck in a trance forever. Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

There is no way to get stuck in a trance forever. In fact if left in trance without any awakening you'll simply nod off to sleep and wake up normally. So there is no harm in putting together a file without an awakener, especially if you plan on sleeping to it anyway.

Given that awakeners aren't needed if you just go to sleep after, where is there a good one I can use if I don't want to go to sleep after.
I can't find any files that are strictly awakeners.

If I put a song or something after the body would I awaken? Or would I have to fall to sleep first then awaken which might be a few hours later?
