trance/jock training

been using trance n jock files a while now n getting strane reactions
sometimes seem to go deep n files tack hold but only 5 a short time(maybe half hour after use)
other times nothing at all(cant seem to drift of n just hear the files but nothing happens?
and then out of the blue a thought pops into my mind which goes back to sugesstions in files?wtf
what am i doing wrong?
any hypnotist pls jump in here cause dont know what to do next
