question about hypnosis

This happens to me fairly often, not sure if it is a good thing or bad thing. But anyhow. When i am listening to a file, usually late intro/deepener/suggestion stage of the file. I get that falling jumping feeling, sorta like when you fall asleep while leaning your head against your hand and your hand starts to move. And it usually feels like it brings me up a bit from deep trance, but doesn't fully wake me up. Any clue? or anyone else experience this often. Not sure what to make of it, sorta why i am posting this.

Just accept that it could happen, and don't let it bother you. There's no requirement that going into a deep trance has to be constant. If you come back up a bit, that's fine, just don't worry about it and let yourself focus on the file again.
