Where's my money?

I tried buying a file and it just said "thanks" and then I saw it was still in my cart. So I tried to buy it a few more times (probably not the smartest idea) and still just "thanks". I thought it just wasn't going through but now my bank statement says I bought the file alot of times and I never even got it once. I tried to "contact us" like and haven't heard anything back. What can I do about this?
