php file problem again--please help

I previously posted about a seemingly strange problem I have: all
links on this site that should be mp3 come up as just .php files (and
of course if I download all I get is some garbled text). Some people
did kindly reply, but I haven't made any progress....I have tried
three different browsers (Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome)
and its always the same...I played with some settings, but nothing
seems to matter...I was especially concerned that someone said it
might be a security matter...anyway, any help would be gratefully received
in either just getting to a state so that I can download (and perhaps
upload, again) files (to say nothing of worrying about security).

Just change the file extension to mp3, easy as that
