Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere, but how does one get the videos to work? I get a missing plugin message, but have no idea what plugin is missing.

You have to have premium membership, and I'm pretty sure that the videos aren't supposed to play on the website itself. You just save them to your HDD and watch them with any 'ole video player.

Every video is encoded differently so depending on video you're trying to get to work you'd have to contact the author directly about what codecs they used and stuff.

don't bother hank, not until people get better at them and make them as easy to access as the audio files.
