Do you listen to a file with your eyes opened or closed, or does this not make a difference.

Hypnosis is a state of mind, not a state of eyelids, however, I find that closing my eyes is just more comfortable to do. When I'm really in that state of mind, remembering to blink can be a pain. Keeping my eyes closed gives me at least one less thing to worry about during trance.

I find that, keeping your eyes open causes me stress when my eyes start to water it breaks my concentration so keeping my eyes close usually always does the trick. Know figure ouit a way to block external thought/Random Thoughts. :o
