Downloading files?

I'm not sure if I'm just missing something, but it seems that some files don't have a download link. For example

http://www.warpmymind.com/Files/5002/2-hour-6-month-old-baby.php

Just pulled as examples. Most files I see, the name itself will be the download link, but for these and seems a random assortment it's not. Just wanted to see if I was missing something or just looking in the wrong places.

the first 2 are binaural file's and that are allway's premium file's, the 3 is a file that is not yet 6 months old and is there for also a premium file but will get free over time.

to get this file's, scripts and video you must be a premium member.

They should be tagged/sorted more appropriately then, cause all these show up when using the free filter under special.

As for the third, its upload date shows
2011-11-03

and today's date of 2012-8-06 is well past the six month date of 2012-5-03.
