Eye strain while focusing?

Whenever I'm listening to the hypnotist my eyes strain. My eyes feel like they have presure on them whenever I try to concintrait, visualize, daydream, ect. Why is that? Am I trying to hard? They seem to naturally strain when I try to go into trance. Any advice on what's going on?
