Results are different for everyone. Some people will go into trance quite easily and begin to notice mental, emotional and physical changes rather quickly. Yet others will have to practice at it for a long time before the desired results kick in. :wink:

You might try some of the induction files on the site, keep practicing with them until you are able to go into trance easily. Try listening to the files when you are not too tired to focus and clear your mind... and make sure the area that you are in is free of distractions.

Some members have found practicing with one of the TrigFreeze files to be helpful before moving on to the other ones, since it is one of the easier files to use.
