Hii I don't know if this is in the right section as im new here but is there a way I can better my chances of a file actually hypnotising me, also is there a way i can get into trance easier because I often find that I can't get into trance at the begining of a file

There are many files to help you become more suggestible: TrainSuggestible, TrainSucceptible, are two such. There are many more.
