On my phone I used to be able to play files. I have an IPhone 5 now and no files will play, it links me to a gray page with a play button but when I press it nothing happens

Can I access files on here with my phone? I used to be able to without doing much

Try holding your finger down on the link and see if you get an option to "save as" or "save link"
