How to cancel a pending order?

Hi there, I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask this but I'm not surr where else to go.

I just purchased a file using an american express gift. I went to my account info/pending order section and it says I have 2 seperate orders placed, both for the same file. I only placed an order one time, so I'm not sure how this could have happened. How can I cancel one of them? I don't see an option to do this anywhere. Please advise, it would really suck if I had to pay for the same file twice.
