On most of the subliminal files here on this site, I can hear EMG talking. I can barely make out what he's saying most of the time, but I can hear him. I'm listening to SubCurseLucidDreams2, SubTrainSusceptible, SublimTrainTrance, and SubVisualize.
My main question is this: Does hearing him degrade the effectiveness of the files? Should I even be able to hear him at all?
As for the lucid dreaming file, no success as of yet that I can tell. The others I chose to help me with going into trance. Still haven't done one of the actual files yet. Can't seem to find some free time to do it yet.
