just spend money on a file i don't see anything in my email and i don't see anything confirming what i bought it just says pending order HELP i think once you buy something it should b prof enough to confirm order on email like hypnosis downloads.com

Based on what you are saying, you paid with a credit card. The system clearly states that it may take a while to process as we have to run the cards by hand. Once your card has been run you will get an email with a download link for the file or you can check Your Account -> Your Purchases.
