Why is my file showing up as premium?

I uploaded a file a few weeks ago. I have tried to share it with some friends only to find it is set as a premium file. I did not purposefully set this up and was wondering if this is me, or if it’s a site policy I didn’t know. I’d like to make it free if at all possible. Thank you for your help whoever might give useful information.

Files uploaded to the site are automatically listed as premium for 6 months before they become free.

Uploading files or stories to the site that meet certain specifications grant you 1 month of premium membership. (Think it's 5 minutes for a file, not sure about word count for stories)

Think of it as a way to encourage participation and content contribution for the site.

You were correct on everything, the word count on stories is 1000.
