Hypno in other languages

I have a question. I'm italian but i tried a hypno file in english. It will work? and if so, how much does it take to work?

Hypnosis only works if you can understand what's being said. . . for the most part.

If you speak English then an English file should work. So long as you are at a level of comprehension that doesn't require a dictionary on you or something.
