Hi there. I'm new to hypnosis, and I want to play with some files. I don't know what order to put them in though. It's a Chastity Series. It has a few body tracks, a few Binaural tracks, and a few Subliminal tracks. How should I organize these? Thanks!

Subliminals don't have to be listed to during a session of hypnosis. You can just listen to the ones with a body and the sublimials you listen to while doing something else like driving, eating, working out, sleeping, etc.

As far as the order of everything else, to my knowledge, there doesn't have to be a specific order that you listen to them in as long as there's an induction at the beginning and only awakener at the end.
