Guidelines on Premium

This is almost certainly a pair of stupid questions, but:

1) Where's the guidelines on how to get a free premium membership by contributing? I could swear I've seen them in the past, but can't find the guidelines right now.
2) What kind of delay is normal between contributing a file and getting the free premium membership? I ask because it's been a number of days for my most recent contribution and I can't remember how much it was last time.

If I'm labouring under a misapprehension, do let me know.

Hey there! Here's hopefully some help.

1) If you click on the "Home" link, it's one of the boxes at the top of the page, before you get to the files.

2) If I'm not mistaken, EMG has to hand-approve any premium memberships due to contribution, so it can take a while--he has a life outside of here, after all, and (at least I think) he hasn't hypnotized someone into being his HTML slave. Give it some time. :)

How do I tell if a file's past the lower limit for what gets one a premium membership? I did a script, and it looked long enough but I'm not sure...
