I find these incredibly effective but so hard to find, Just the words in the spiral with no sound increases the concentration and sets it in your mind so deeply, The other thing is I can watch on my pc or phone silently even in company!!

I find these hard to find and wondered if anyone makes them as a wmv for windows media player to download or already has some.
