Email Slave, wording

This is my first time actually visiting a hypnosis site, although; I've always been curious as to it. I'm not currently planning on listening to any of the files, although that may change in the future. Right now; I'm most curious about such things as the email slave.
As I understand it, you put the trigger in the subject line and in the command. However, in the case of multiple commands; must you put the trigger in with every command? And, as you may have noticed, my writings tend to have a fairly complex structure; would that have a detrimental effect? What type of email is ideal? And, in general, how affective are these (in general not just the email slave) files?

Sorry, for the spamming questions; but if any of you could answer any of them, it would be appreciated. Perhaps, also a sample script of an email that you've used? Either through pm, or posted with the triggers removed?
