I was wondering if anyone had any idea of a good test someone could email to themselves in order to test the Email Slave (with my safety) file to see how much effect it has over them. Also any good starting points when it has fully taken control?

In my experience with using it on people, a good test would be to email instructions to yourself like instructions to write another email telling you the trigger works. You will know it works when you recieve this email without remembering that you read these instructions.
Depending on how strong the trigger is fir you, you can simply make yourself do things... If the trigger is slightly stringer, it can make you believe what you write for yourself to believe... Even more effective trigger allows you to feel specific emotions or physical feelings that you put in your email.
The most effective email slaves are those who can hallucinate things that is ordered for them to see in the emails sent to them.
