What's a file that is almost guaranteed to get me results exactly as prescribed after about a week of listening? I want something to boost my confidence with hypnosis.

Bubble's pretty good for that.

Although in most cases, there's very little that will have full effect in a week. Most people take more than a week for basic stuff to even appear.
