Accessing the files?

Hi, i'm very new at using and downloading these files and I need some help. I can't seem to actually download them. I right click on the "permanent link" on the page and press "save file as" but it just appears as a blank "firefox" file. What type of file are they supposed to be? how do i access them?

"Permanent link" is for a link to the page with the file's description. You want to click the title at the top of the box.

And you don't need to right click , just left click on the name. Then save and then chose where you want it .
