How to incorporate Binaurals and Subiminals into files

I have used hypnosis successively with my submissive. She has come to love our sessions. We are in a LDR. So i have recorded several files for her, and she loves them as well. I have been able to use triggers effectively with her.

I have read many posts in the FAQ before posting this, hoping i would get a better understanding. But i am still not clear how Binaurals and Subiminals help in a file. I have listened to

I have used audacity to record the files for her.

i understand that the different Hz can affect the mind. Make you tired, or wide awake. I guess i am not clear how they help a file to be more effective.

I am just as unclear with Subliminals.
