What do you guys think the easiest file is that would give an effect that is noticeable/ physical, as in not a mindset file or anything?

Well, I could give you the cheeky answer which goes something like "Anything mentioned in this thread because self-suggestion is a thing", or I could give you an intellectual answer answer like "Well, the most effective physical effect files are those that derive their changes from mindset changes. Most jocks get ripped by working out, not by listening to suggestions for their muscles to get bigger."
